Tickets, fares or a complaint about a trip?

transit.bg is not a transport operator, so it cannot help with tickets, fares, passes, lost property or complaints about a driver, a vehicle or a trip. Please contact the operator directly: its website and phone number, where it publishes them, are on its city's page under Cities.

What is your message about?

Choose a topic: the e-mail opens with a matching subject, and the list says what helps us most.

  • Wrong or missing information

    A departure that never came, a stop in the wrong place, a missing line or a wrong name.

    Please include:

    • the link to the page (from the address bar or the Share button)
    • what is wrong and what you expected
    • the date and time you noticed it

    A page that does not load, a button that does nothing, or the map, search or planner failing.
